2. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).

3. Non-Resident Indians (NRI).

4. Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.

5. Persons who intend to marry persons of Indian origin.

6. History/information of two or three generations is mandatory.

TERMINATION:

If you utilize our site, this agreement is valid only as long as the candidate follows the conditions of this website given below.

Aadivasimatrimony.com has all rights to terminate/ suspend your membership at any cause and without any prior intimation.

• If your acts are against our terms or misusing of the information of other members, sexuality, harassment, or any other violations suspected, your subscription will be terminated without informing you.

• If a member gets married through neither our services nor others the service pay will not b refundable. Their membership will be terminated.

• If a member provides fake information, it will be terminated without any prior notice.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

• The registration of Aadivasimatrimony.com membership and all services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial Jurisdiction of AP & TS, India.

• The Aadivasimatrimony.com Members should agree that all such disputes and/or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law in AP & TS, India.

• You hereby, unconditionally, and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
